Hi and thanks for stopping by. I am honored that you did. This site explains the 3 main projects I'm currently working on:- Property Development, Educating Property Developers and the Men's empowerment project, Manschit.
Property Development: I've been involved in the property development, construction and engineering sector for my whole career, of 35 years. And I've been active in every area from trade carpentry, as a master builder, registered structural and civil engineer, project manager, development manager (for Toyota Australia for 10+ years) and as a Property Developer on my own projects. I consult in the field and I love the industry. I’ve been trading through my company DTK for over 30 years. In 2024 I launched SEMPRE PROPERTY GROUP as the flagship development company going forwards.
Our current key project is called Sempre Burleigh. Property Development Education: In 2017, I started teaching my own courses on property development. I played down the idea of being an effective educator, as the lessons were quite intuitive to myself, but it turned out that people were really interested. Some friends put my suggestions to work and they got tremendous results. So I developed some courses and taught them, it they seemed to hit the mark for people. I decided to write a book on the subject that you can download below. I’m launching formal courses and coaching about property development in 2023. Manschit: I lived in the USA and Europe from 2018 and in that time I grew in my understanding that the problems facing men can turn out to be serious and complex and guys often get in situations and mindsets that can be very difficult to shake off. I've been there, most definitely! And, I feel you man, if you are going through that. And... lets be completely honest, this can be schit!! I created the Manschit project with 3 goals in mind: to build community among blokes, Inspire the community thorough podcasts and events and in doing so, provide the skills for guys to up-level their life as powerful , loving and authentic men.
We are planning to run adventure tours for guys. Men together, taking on physical challenges and experiences, in nature, hanging out in authenticity, smashing down our mental, physical and spiritual blocks to move forwards as powerful men - firstly, and most importantly for ourselves so then we can benefit our families, colleagues, friends, and the community in general.
Believe me when I say, that I know this path. I have reconstructed my life physically, mentally and spiritually to be the man I am today. My keynote speaker story is emotionally gut-wrenching, real and powerful and leaves an audience inspired to point their own life in the direction they seek. This project consists currently as a podcast. I am looking for colleagues to assist in the technical and marketing realms so we can make a measurable impact, so please sing out , if you can add something.
